Applies to all apps, among others: “Dots Good!”, “Rings.”, “Balls.”, “Dotello”, “Shapecraft”, “Ten Buttons”, “Jewel Galaxy”, “3 Cubes”, “Tiny Hoglets”.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of mobile applications published by Arheton Kamil Kućma (“Application”). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.

1. License to Use

1.1. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

1.2. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Application, unless such restrictions are prohibited by law.

2. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Application, including graphics, designs, texts, software code, and trademarks, are owned by Arheton Kamil Kućma or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property other than the limited license described above.

3. User Obligations and Restrictions

When using the Application, you agree not to:

  • use cheats, automation software (bots), or unauthorized third-party software;

  • exploit bugs, glitches, or design flaws;

  • attempt to disrupt, hack, or interfere with the Application;

  • use the Application for unlawful or harmful purposes.

4. In-App Purchases

4.1. The Application may offer virtual items, bonuses, or other in-app content for purchase (“In-App Purchases”).

4.2. All In-App Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not collect or process payment information.

4.3. In-App Purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or platform policy (Apple/Google).

5. Advertising and Third-Party Content

The Application may display advertisements from third-party providers. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party content, services, or products advertised within the Application.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Application.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arheton Kamil Kućma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Application. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for using the Application.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application if you violate these Terms or use the Application in an unlawful or harmful way.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts of Poland.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be effective when published in the Application or on our website.
