We, (“Arheton Kamil Kućma”) respect the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your information when you use our mobile applications (“Applications”), company website or social media pages. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS THE APPLICATION.
We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. We will notify users by updating the “Last Updated” date of this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the third-party online or mobile stores from which you install the Application or make payments (e.g. Apple App Store, Google Play), or to third-party partners providing analytics or advertising (e.g. Unity, Google). These third parties may also collect and use data about you. We are not responsible for any of the data collected by such third parties.

2. Information We Collect
Personal Data
We do not require users to provide personal data or create an account. However, in case of optional interactions (feedback, support requests, contests, surveys), we may process information voluntarily provided by you, such as name or email address.
Gameplay Data
We collect limited gameplay data, such as:

number of completed levels,

scores achieved.
These data are transmitted to our servers to ensure proper functionality and statistical analysis.
Derivative Data
Information automatically collected by our servers when you access the Application, such as app usage, crash logs, and interactions.
Mobile Device Data
Device information such as model, operating system version, IP address, device identifiers.
Advertising and Analytics Data
Third-party providers (Unity Ads, Google AdMob, IronSource, Firebase, Apple, Google Play Services) may collect device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, app usage data to serve ads, provide analytics or ensure platform services.
Optional Data Sources

Geo-Location Information: if the Application requests location services (e.g. non-precise location for ads), you may revoke this in your device settings.

Push Notifications: we may request to send push notifications. You may disable them in your device settings.

Contests, Surveys: we may collect information you provide if you participate in contests, giveaways, or surveys.
3. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing
We process data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR):

Performance of contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): providing the Application and its core functions.

Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): app improvement, analytics, fraud prevention, security.

4. In-App Purchases
All payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or process personal or financial data related to these transactions.
5. Advertising
The Applications display advertisements provided by third-party providers such as Unity Ads, Google AdMob, IronSource or mediation networks. These providers may collect:

Users in the EEA may be asked to consent to personalized ads under GDPR.
On iOS, an advertising identifier (IDFA) is available to advertising providers only if an Application asks for your permission through App Tracking Transparency and you allow it. Applications that do not show that request never receive the identifier, and we do not track you in them. Tracking means linking data collected in an Application with third-party data for advertising purposes, or sharing collected data with a data broker. We do neither.
6. Disclosure of Information

By Law or to Protect Rights: We may disclose information if required by law, to respond to legal process, to protect rights, property, or safety.

Third-Party Service Providers: We may share limited data with vendors that provide hosting, analytics, advertising, customer support.

Marketing Communications: Only with user consent, we may share information for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Advertisers: We may use third-party ad companies. They receive the data listed in section 5 and process it under their own privacy policies.

Affiliates: We may share information with affiliates (if any), requiring them to honor this Privacy Policy.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies: Our Applications do not use cookies. Our website at studiokucma.com does not set cookies either, including the redirect links that our Applications open to reach a store page. If you follow such a link, the store page that opens is operated by Apple or Google and may set its own cookies under their privacy policies, over which we have no control.

Counting link taps: when you tap a link in one of our Applications that promotes another of our games, we record the date, which game the tap came from, which game it pointed to, and a two-letter country code. We do not store your IP address and we use no identifier that would let us recognise a device or a person, so these counts cannot be tied back to you. Advertising providers listed in section 5 carry out their own analytics under their own privacy policies.
8. Data Retention
Gameplay and technical data are stored as long as necessary to operate and improve the Applications. Retention periods depend on third-party services (Apple, Google, Unity).
9. Security of Information
We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access.
10. Children’s Policy
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have such data, please contact us, and we will delete it.
11. User Rights under GDPR
Users in the EU have the right to:

lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Currently, Applications do not offer direct deletion of gameplay data. Users can stop data collection by uninstalling the Application.
12. Automated Decision-Making
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of GDPR.
13. Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Updates will be posted in the Application or on our website.
